Petronas Yamaha SRT 證實將找GRT Yamaha WorldSBK 車手 Garrett Gerloff 來替補受傷的 Franco Morbidelli 出戰本周末的荷蘭站。

去年在瓦倫西亞站中他就有替補過Valentino Rossi一下。關於替補大師兄的人選，也有問過Pata Yamaha車手 Toprak Razgatlıoğlu，不過他婉拒了這機會，要專心在今年的WorldSBK賽季上，目前他在年度積分上排名第二位。
